About EULEKTRO/EVesto E-Charging platform
E-charging for hotel guests – seamlessly integrated into Apaleo.
With EULEKTRO and the EVesto integration, guests can charge their vehicles at the hotel's charging stations using their room card. Charging sessions are automatically booked in Apaleo Folio – no manual billing and no additional app required for the guest.
How it works: Upon check-in, the room card is automatically activated as a charging token. The guest plugs in, authorizes with his room card, charges and drives away.
Billing is done automatically via the Apaleo folio – with session start and charging session finished events. When a load is started, a reservation fee is added to the folio. This is finalised when the load is completed.
Advantages for your hotel: No manual billing of charging processes. Transparency for guests: all costs in the folio. No more complaints about high prices or expensive blocking fees from roaming partners.
Optional: Sync room cards manually in case after check-in new cards are created. RemoteStop: Stop charging sessions from the Apaleo UI if necessary.
Technical integration: OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect. Apaleo UI: Property settings and reservation tab with charging sessions. Webhooks for check-in/check-out and EVesto SessionStart/CdrCreated.
An backend vom EULEKTRO or EVesto is needed to use this integration. We are happy to help to migrate or to help you to install your charging infrastructure.
