We give independent hotels, boutiques, resorts and character properties (villas, chalets, yachts) a distribution channel designed around the hotelier's economics: a flat 12% commission, direct Stripe payout to your bank account, a curated audience of lifestyle travellers, and a clean Apaleo-native two-way sync.
How the Apaleo integration works
Two-click connection via Apaleo OAuth — no CSV export, no tedious manual mapping. Once authorised:
Stayinto auto-discovers your properties, unit groups and rate plans via Apaleo's discovery service. Availability, rates and restrictions sync in near real time (bulk push + event-driven refresh). Every Stayinto reservation is pushed natively into Apaleo, attached to the correct rate plan, with guest, payment and add-on services included. Modifications and cancellations are bi-directional: an Apaleo cancellation frees Stayinto inventory, and vice versa.

- Rates, availability and restrictions (MinLOS, CTA, closeouts) push to Stayinto in near real time; reservations, modifications and cancellations flow back into Apaleo natively — no double entry.
Integration features
One-click OAuth install — no credentials to share
Install Stayinto from the Apaleo Store in two clicks via OAuth 2.0. No client secrets to exchange, no CSV export, no shared credentials. Access is granted, scoped and revocable by the hotelier at any time from the Apaleo admin, aligning end-to-end with Apaleo's security and permission model.
Auto-discovery of properties, unit groups and rate plans
On first connection Stayinto calls Apaleo's discovery service to auto-enumerate your properties, unit groups, rate plans and cancellation fees. Mappings are suggested automatically and editable from the Stayinto partner dashboard — no manual CSV, no mapping spreadsheet to maintain
Near real-time two-way inventory, rates and restrictions sync
Availability, rates and restrictions (MinLOS, CTA, CTD, closeouts) flow between Apaleo and Stayinto in near real time, via bulk plus event-driven deltas. Any change you make in Apaleo propagates within seconds — no nightly batch, no staleness risk on high-demand nights.
