On the day of arrival they get a QR or pick-up code the moment their room is ready, scan it at an Ariane kiosk, and collect an encoded key card in under a minute. Registration cards, signatures, secure payment and pre-authorisation work online or at the kiosk, while walk-ins, ID and passport capture and key collection are handled at the kiosk.
