Recover room revenue with Smart Overbooking
When there is demand, our own Smart Overbooking algorithm recommends extra availability by stay date and room type, within your chosen strategy and limits.
Choose room categories, set limits and adjust your strategy or pause automatic updates for selected dates. Review recommendations in Auctores, or enable Auto Apply to update availability in Apaleo. Track recovered room revenue separately from future bookings. Predictions indicate risk, not certainty.

In summer 2026, DoYield's revenue management team used Smart Overbooking with Auto Apply at a 4-star Paris hotel with about 30 rooms on Apaleo. It sold 177 stays beyond full, worth €116,869 including VAT, and no guest was relocated because of overbooking. This is one of our best results so far, not a typical one or a guarantee: a typical hotel recovers €1,000–€2,000 a month.
