LivionKey connects Apaleo reservations with secure, automated guest access. When a confirmed reservation is assigned to a unit, LivionKey creates a time-limited key-cabinet contract and PIN for the stay. The guest can receive the PIN and arrival instructions automatically by SMS or email.
Property teams map Apaleo units to Livion keys or keyrings once. From then on, reservation changes are handled automatically. New stay dates and guest details update the key contract, while cancellations, no-shows, room unassignments and deleted reservations remove it. LivionKey can also check the reservation in and out in Apaleo automatically when the guest picks up and returns the key.
The integration uses real-time Apaleo webhooks and lets operators choose which properties to connect. Reservation and activity views show successful synchronizations, missing mappings, warnings, and errors.
