About Portal
Portal is a guest access management platform that automates key creation and delivery for hospitality properties. It connects to your property management system to automatically generate access credentials, keycards, mobile keys, and door codes, for every reservation. Portal syncs your Apaleo units and rooms so you don't need to manually set up doors, and creates guest access based on real-time reservation data including check-ins, check-outs, room moves, and cancellations. Guests receive their access credentials via email or SMS, with a web app and mobile app experience. Compatible door lock providers: Goki, and more coming soon. Compatible guest journey applications: Akia, D3X, and more.
