Bedaya Connect is a middleware that supports customers to connect apaleo with several systems. Currently, we offer two standard exports:

1. Swiss Federal Statistic Office: This export is for Swiss customers that need to send their hotel statistics to the Swiss Federal Statistic Office every month. Bedaya automates this process. The price is 10 CHF/EUR per month and property.

2. Hotel Control Zurich: The data of all guests that are in-house at the current day are sent to the Zurich Cantonal Police (Hotelkontrolle). The price is 50CHF/EUR per month and property if the upload is done by a Bedaya Cloud PC. If you use your own PC the price is 25 CHF/EUR per month and property.

Chekin is an all-in solution that helps you saving time and money at any new booking by managing everything online: guests registration and identification, payments, remote access, data sending to authorities.

Thanks to the integration, Chekin is able to retrieve bookings information from apaleo and send automatically to the guests a request to register online prior arrival. They will do it all through a single online form:

- add their IDs details;
- sign the short rental agreement with home rules;
- pay the tourist tax and the deposit;
- verify their identity using biometrics identity verification system;
- in case you have a smart lock, they will automatically get the virtual key to access the property, doing a perfect self check-in.

All the data gathered will be sent automatically to the authorities if you're required to do it and used to generate the documentation required in your country, which will be stored in a secure way on the Chekin cloud.

Chekin gets the bookings per property to prvide the best Digital Registration Card experience.

Does your municipality use the AVS registration form (AVS-Meldeschein) system? Then this app will save your employees hundreds of hours of work when filling out the guest cards or manually transferring CSV files. You can create the guest cards for your municipality directly in Apaleo with one click.

Now there is no need to transfer the data to the AVS registration form system. Or even filling out the forms by hand. With one click the guest data will be transferred to the system of the municipality and the guest card will be printed directly on the local printer. The correct fee for the guest card will be taken directly from the municipality and transferred to the folio.

Before you can start submitting registration forms we do need the "Konfigurationsübersicht" from you municipality.

In a hotel, operations are spread across the property and split-up into different departments, shifts and duties making it a challenge for many employees to have an efficient and clear way of communicating with one another.
