Scopevisio ist die Lösung für Ihr Backoffice: Finanzen, Berichte (USALI), Rechnungseingangsbuch, Beschaffung, Personal und DMS – alles in einem System.

Aus Apaleo werden alle Relevanten Buchhaltungsinformationen über den Connector nach Scopevisio importiert. Dies umfasst Vorkontierungen für Umsatz, die Zahlungen und Statistiken, sowie bei Bedarf Debitorenstammdaten.

Easy 1-way Integration

Es entfallen manuelle Ex- und Importe. Vorkontierungen und Statistikwerte werden via API zu API (keine Dateien) an die Scopevisio Finanzbuchhaltung übergeben (frei definierbarer Zeitraum).

Automation

Es steht ein vollständiges Berichtswesen (USALI) in Scopevisio in Echtzeit zur Verfügung. Durch die Open API können Berichte mit weiteren Daten angereichert werden.

All you need to do is to configure a mapping between Apaleo and your DATEV accounts. All your created DATEV files will be accessible on the first page. The application will give you the possibility to create four types of files:

- Detailed file: one entry per booking
- Summary file: transactions are grouped and summed by booking day and account
- Debtors file (Debitoren-Stammdaten)
- Invoices (PDF invoices)

The BMD Connector was made to bridge the gap between Apaleo accounting data and the accounting software BMD. 
Via the intuitive user interface its easy to create the mapping and configure how the data should be mapped to your BMD accounts.
When an error occurs you are notified via email and can re-run the export with a simple click on a button after updating the mapping informations.
Once set up, you can lean back and get all exports every month via email.
This system is designed to be 100% self-configurable and can be set up and running without a need for any support.
All settlement files of all merchant accounts are searched for payment fees and chargebacks to get this informations also imported into BMD.


The integration works only one way, so no data is changed in Apaleo. The accounting transactions from Apaleo are only mapped, but no accounting data is changed, all values keep untouched.
